Returns/Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 10-day return policy for unopened model cars. Customers must pay for their own shipping to return the item. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund minus the original shipping fee. If product is damaged and still in box, or the box gets damaged during shipping, please contact us.

Shipping
Our standard shipping rate starts at $37.99 across Canada, $44.99 to the US of A and all orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Please note that package insurance is not included and is extra to shipping amount. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location. For international orders, please contact us.
Cancellations
We understand that sometimes things come up, and you may need to cancel your order. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process a full refund. However, if your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return policy.
Damaged Items
We take great care in ensuring that all items are packaged securely to prevent damage during shipping. However, in the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
